The guiding principles of The Google+ Aviation Guild are to:

1) Grow the aviation community here on Google+.
2) Inspiring people to have a career in aviation.
3) Opening a communication channel.
4) Supporting members of this community.
5) Share stories and learn from one another.

Unlike other projects, I have not planned this out in great detail. I want this community to take on a life of its own. A life that is shaped by its members.

To that end, I want members to:
Suggest improvements that can be made to this community. Like new community categories, community initiatives, and discussions.
