How to invite people to The Google+ Aviation Guild

Below is a link to a post on my profile on how to join this Community.

I want to be careful in who gets into The Google+ Aviation Guild* Community. I am looking for people who are either enthusiastic or experienced or both in regards to the topic of aviation. Thus the minimum of two out of the four questions I ask people to respond to in the comments of the post.

So the important thing is they respond on the original post… otherwise I will have a hard time keeping track of comments.
