Civil Air Patrol pilot Captain Neil Schmid of the Sioux Falls Composite Squadron recently earned a significant aviation achievement. Flying one of the South Dakota Wing’s CAP aircraft, Schmid completed his “Fly South Dakota” Gold Level Award.
