Ok, I have a question to anyone who may have knowledge of airport protocols and such like. If a major random shooting occurs within the area near where aircraft are landing, what does the airport do? Is it just considered a police matter? Or does the FAA have to become involved?
I ask because of a person randomly shooting at cars on the interstate in the locality of a local airport, and I’ve been past that area and it is VERY near where the aircraft approach for landing.
