As of late, I am having a hard time what and where I should focus my time and energy in. Starting The Google+ Aviation Guild is the best decisions I’ve made recently.

The Flying Cloud is a work in progress and I enjoy publishing daily aviation history posts on Gazing Skyward TV.

So… I want to better understand what your expectations are for The Google+ Aviation Guild Community? What areas could I improve on?

Also, in general, whether it is the Gazing Skyward TV or The Flying Cloud or one of the two large Communities: Gazing Skyward Aviation Community or The Flying Cloud Aviation Community, is there anything I really wished I focused more on?

Lastly, I am at a point where I would welcome and encourage people who have the desire to inform and educate teens and young adults about the various career paths in aviation and its rich history.
