OP-ED: Pilots Can be Heroes, But Also Murderers
After reading this article, I wondered if the flight dispatchers in other countries share the same level of responsibility for flights as they do here in the United States? It is my understanding here in the United States that both the Captain and flight dispatcher must sign the flight plan stating they are comfortable with the flight departing for its destination. Is it the same in other countries?
