I wanted to let you know I am going to have limited internet connectivity due to unreliable service from Frontier Communications. When talking to the tech on the phone, he said the soonest someone could come out to further diagnose the connectivity issue would be Sept. 1st which BTW, I consider to be completely unacceptable.

After talking to some of my neighbors it appears to be neighborhood-wide connectivity issue. I hope this will mean a much faster return of service.
