Real of Fake?

I watched this video and I am not sure I can believe this C-5 can take off and climb vertically for a short period of time.

What I think happened is the camera operator tilted the camera to make it look as if it were climbing vertically. The title is inaccurate. The aircraft is a C-5 Galaxy and not a C-17.
