This evening was a gorgeous evening for going flying. Dead calm and with almost no thermals.

Don and I went up for about a hour and among other destinations, we cruised around Lake Minnetonka and landed on the strip near Waconia.

I got a little stick time including two out of three takeoffs and landings down to short final before Don took over.

Below is a photo I took from a couple weeks ago where Don was hopping rides.
