Avro ‘Manchester’ I
Note the early camouflage pattern that together with the central fin, identifies this aircraft as one of the first 20 Manchesters built.
OL – Q failed to return from a raid on Essen; 8 – 9th April 1942, and no trace of her has ever been found. Her crew are still listed as missing, presumed killed.
