106 Squadron RAF Bomber Command
The picture was taken to mark the end of Wg Cdr Guy Gibson’s tour and tenure as CO of 106. He’s standing 14th from the left.
Gibson’s mount, Admiral Prune II, was eventually transferred to the Lancaster Finishing School (LFS) and survived the war.
