Funny story… I was hauling some radio gear out to the flight line on the 10 mile runway back when GPS was new… and I thought it was really cool that it was taking me the “back way” in, a road I hadn’t seen before, but figured the GPS knows where I’m going!

After approximately 20 miles of nice, hard packed dirt road, I found this (hereafter in the annals of history known as ‘That Damned Gate’.
